MEASUREMENT/SIZING:
ALL masqueraders must provide the following information for registration:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• Phone Number (include area code)
• Meal Preference: Fish or Chicken

FEMALES:
Bra Size – please use a US conversion chart to submit sizing
Underwear Style: Bikini, Thong
Underwear Size: XS, S, M, L etc.

MALES:
Pants: 32", 34", 36", etc.
Tee/Vest: S, M, L, XL etc.

POINTS TO NOTE:
• Our costumes are produced via a US conversion chart. Please ensure sizing submitted follows a US chart applicable to bras, pants and tank/tee.

• Masqueraders submitting their own bra/corset to be covered and decorated. Please ensure it is plain, smooth and padded in the colors of nude, tan or black. Please contact the camp for further details on which section this maybe applicable. Deadline for submission of item is August 10th 2022.

• Payments of only CASH or PAYPAL are accepted at the camp. 

• There are various styles available, be certain to register for the costume style you desire (upgrades are subject to availability upon registration).

• Exchange/transfers/switching of section, style, sizing or measurements WILL NOT be facilitated after registration.

• Sections designed with wire bras are NOT available in sizes larger than 36DD. 

Due to numerous instances of attempted fraud, Altitude Mas reserves the right to; refuse registration, request ID from registered masqueraders and/or to contact registered masqueraders for verification purposes at our discretion especially in the attempt to re-sell.
